Hi Guys hope you are all well.Back from the Land of OZ at last.Slight contrast in weather, feeling a bit nippy. Looking forward to getting back on the Symply 50 and blowing out the cobwebs. Just to say i have spoken to Jonathan (housey) and yes would be very pleased to see my late Brother (jonscoot) diary's re written onto the forum for all to see. They are purely Jon's stories from the seat of the Symply and i cannot see any harm in that.
Best wishes Guys
Looking forward to 2015 and seeing us go from strength to strength as a Forum
Brenda xx

Welcome back Brenda. Hope you enjoyed your trip down under. I think a boat would have been more use than a scooter lately! Hope you get the chance to do a bit of riding now your back. I certainly look forward to reading about Jon's adventures. Thank you for allowing us to share them. Take care out there!

Thank you Jensky and yes looking forward to getting back onto the SYM and getting out and about. As for the Diaries, thought why not they are all about riding a SYM and this is what the Forum is about.
All the best, just waiting for the jet lag/temperature shock to kick in xx

Hi guy's, slept for 24 hours and i think i can just about work out the day/date and time now.Gave the sym a bit of a run down to the shops and back, though at first thought the battery was flat after standing then remembered to hold the rear brake (Female moment).Fired up straight away but cut out a couple of times whilst ticking over.About the 4th start sat happily purring away.Really felt cold so heading out tomorrow to pick up some proper winter bike gear.Hoping for another rideout with housey before xmas as loved the Purbeck run.May suggest trips to local County Xmas Markets ( hint hint housey)
Glad to be back
Cant beat a bit of ground frost
xx brenda

It does take a while to adjust again. Mrs Jenksy always says that I would sleep all day if she didn't wake me up, I think there is a lot to be said for going into hibernation for winter! Glad the Symply is running ok. Decent winter gear is a must! I'm working down at Dorchester today and it's bloody freezing. Sounds like a good plan to visit the old Xmas markets trouble is I find that even one mulled wine goes straight to the head so I have to give that a miss. Might pop out to Lyndhurst this coming weekend on the scooter as the lights there are very festive (Mrs Jenksy is off out with Baby Jenksy Christmas shopping so I'll leave them to it). That will keep me occupied for most of the day! That will be the longest ride I've done on the Symply! Take care and have fun.
