Evening all, well for you but 6:45am on Tuesday 10th on this side. Booked to fly back to England tonight at 19:10 from Brisbane. Two stops, Melbourne and Dubai and due to land at Gatwick 11:55 Wednesday 11th UK time. Just a tad under 27 hours flying time...oh joy.Need to get out of the leg cast , being told i can now get away with a lower light weight leg splint. Wrist splint has gone so feel it is time to get back home and get back out SYMing. Certainly hoping to be back on the new (to me) Symply 50 by the weekend. Strangely enough also looking forward to feeling a gust of wind that is not like being in a fan oven . Hope you are all well Guys.

Hope you had a good adventure down there in AUS, (beats me how they don't fall off the globe being as they are upside down). That's a fair old flight home mate. Glad you are mending OK, bet you can't wait to get out there Syming again. I think you might find that you'll be needing your longjohns and full face helmet to protect you from the wind here!! I was thinking today as we drove through the lanes around Micheldever how the trees are showing no signs of life yet. Wish it would warm up, had enough of winter. Have a good flight and take care mate!

Looking forward to hearing about your future travels on the Symply 50 housey. Planning a Summer of 50cc runs, myself and mate on his Pulse Scout and we intend to get to the South Coast eventually with stops on the way. Organised July and August as scooting times. At the moment working out best ways to carry camping gear and mapping to keep to B-roads as much as we can.Looking forward to a Summer of travel. Would seem both bikes have no problems with 100 mile day runs in stages so sticking to that level of miles per day in the planning.
All advise welcome, but not get a bigger bike lol. Not an option at 16 years old :-)

Not an option at 16 years old :-) That sounds like quite an adventure your planning there mate look forward to hearing more about the route and stops you plan. I reckon you'll have great fun. That's the thing with a 50cc, you have to understand that you can't rush and fast roads are really best avoided, so B roads and 100 miles a day seems sensible to me! I remember jonscoot saying he carried a small length of wooden shelf (cheap from B&Q) so that he had something solid to put on grass and use to put his Symply on the centre stand! Simple idea I know but the the best ideas usually are! Have fun and take care mate.

joe1998 as my late Brother said "Any Fool can ride a BMW around the World. It takes a Real fool to do it on a small bike"...in other words you will never know what you can achieve until you try it.Really hope you achieve your travel plans :-)

Always room for your Tents in the garden when you get down South. Not that far from the Sea is Wimborne if you require a base for a while on the South Coast. Regards and Safe Journeys
